As reported by early this month, Lex Luthor has resurfaced to publicly announce that on Tuesday, November 28, he will assume total control of the World Wide Web.

In an effort to foil Luthor’s evil plot, the Daily Planet is rallying readers to find and deactivate “Lex Returns” tags planted on various Web sites. Individuals that locate all twelve tags can qualify for a chance to win $1 million! Details and rules are available at www.dailyplanet.com.
