LEX LUTHOR has resurfaced to publicly announce that on Tuesday, November 28, at 12 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, he will assume total control of the World Wide Web. According to Luthor’s parole officer, this undertaking is certainly catastrophic but by no means surprising. He asserts, “Luthor’s appetite for control can never be satiated. Luthor’s quest for a continental land-grab was just a stepping stone to his grander scheme of total world domination.”
